Non-refundable deposits are due by 9/15/08.  Full payment is refundable, minus the deposit, myevent.com's fee, and cost of the room (if you booked a room), until 6/15/09.  


Installment payments are due by the 15th of each month beginning 10/15/08.  Please contact me if you wish to pay more than the minimum installment amount or if you wish to pay the remainder of your balance anytime after paying the deposit.
