HAGANS FAMILY REUNION 2009

Hello family!!!!  I can’t begin to tell you how much I enjoyed sharing the last reunion weekend with everyone.  I hope the upcoming reunion is just as amazing as the first.  I hope that everyone will be able to attend again and I hope to see even more faces.

For those of you that didn’t know, the 2009 reunion will be held in Baltimore, once again, August 14-16. I was really impressed with the hotel staff at the last reunion, so I would like to host it at the same hotel. The price of the rooms has not gone up; it’s still $95/night plus tax.  I will let you know when the room block opens for reservations.  

As with everything these days, the pricing for food, banquet services, hotel fees, taxes, etc has gone up.  As it stands now, the price of the reunion will be $135/person, not including the room.  I understand that this is a lot of money, especially during these tough economic times. 

In an attempt to make things a little easier, I have created another payment plan.  You can make installment payments of $15/person each month beginning October 15, 2008.  For the months of December and January, you can either pay $5/person each month or $10/person in either month.   If you want to send more than the $15/person, that’s fine.  If you need to skip a payment, other than the deposit, and make it up later in the year, that’s fine.  If you need to split up the deposit payment over July, August, and September, that’s fine.  If you want to begin installment payments before October to lessen the amount needed each month, that’s fine. If you need to set up a weekly or bi-weekly plan, that’s fine. Just please let me know if you need to make different arrangements.  I really want everyone to be able to attend.  Whichever plan you decide to follow, please note that ALL MONEY MUST BE RECEIVED NO LATER THAN JUNE 15, 2009.

All deposits must be received no later than September 15, 2008 to hold space for events.  Please fill out the attached form and send in with your payment; I have included a self-addressed, stamped envelope.
