The cost of the hotel for the weekend is $215/room for up to 4 people, including taxes, payable directly to the hotel.  You can contact the hotel directly to secure accommodations sometime after 12/15/08; check back for the exact date. Please note that if you reserve a room, you are responsible for the cost whether you attend the reunion or not.  Because it is a group booking and rooms will be blocked, I am obligated to pay for all rooms even if they are not occupied.

The reunion fee is $135/person and includes the welcome dinner, the family barbecue, and the worship service/family breakfast.  

There is a $20/person, non-refundable deposit due by 9/15/08.  Credit card payments can be made on this website for an additional fee of 8% plus $.35.  Checks and money orders can be sent to: Korey Hagans, 8565 Timberlake Drive, Riverdale, GA 30296-1234. Fees can be paid at one time or in 8 installments of $15/person due by the 15th of each month beginning 10/15/08 and ending 6/15/09; the total for December and January payments is $10 combined.  Please contact me if other arrangements need to be made.  Full payment is refundable, minus the deposit and cost of the hotel room (if you booked one), until 7/15/09. 

Installment payments are due by the 15th of each month beginning 10/15/08.
